Meet coach Ford,

Ford Miller, is a UK based coach and physiotherapist.

He has over 10 years of experience working in elite sport and health with a specialism in endurance sport.

He currently manages world class and amateur athletes alike.

His experience offers a unique perspective which considers all aspects of his athlete’s journeys, planning for their success, considering risk and solving complex problems when they arise.

Working with Ford on the lead up to a recent 50k trail race was hugely enjoyable and rewarding.

He brought the fun back into my training. He put together a plan that enabled me to manage a couple of niggling injuries, whilst focusing on some specific areas for improvement.

The results spoke for themselves, after I took 35 mins off my previous 50k PB and placed 3rd overall in my second ultra.
